Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) with 2-5 days delivery time. Since we ship via USPS then shipping to P.O. boxes is acceptable.
Returns
Defective items may be returned after contacting us by email (sales@pure-polish.com) within 15 days of receiving the item(s). We will respond with return authorization and return shipping information.
All defective items sent back to Pure-Polish must be in their original factory condition, and must contains all packaging materials, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards (not filled out).
Please send all return items in resalable condition, packaged well and with padding. Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We will pay the cost of shipping any replacement items to you.
Processing Times
Most orders ship within 24 hours. However, it may take up to 14 working days.
Sales Tax
We do not charge for sales tax since we are located in Delaware (Delaware does not impose a sales tax) and taxes aren't charged for out of state delivery.
Payment
We accept credit cards through PayPal payment gateway. You do not have to have an account through PayPal to use this processing system.
If you already have a PayPal account you can choose "Checkout with PayPal" which makes checkout faster since you do not have to setup an account with us.
If you choose to pay by personal check, your order will ship once we have received payment and your check has cleared. Please allow two weeks for check processing in addition to the normal order processing time.
