Wig Hat

An amassing wig hat in white and red colors and an embroidered Eagle.  Jingles are attached to spikes on the hat, and there is a Polish White Eagle on the brim.  Perfect for outdoors, picnics or festivals.  Made of velour like, soft fabric.
